Helpless, overwhelmed, or stuck in the progress with your child at home, in your classroom, or as a partner? Perhaps you feel like you are doing everything everyone is recommending, or maybe you’ve hit a good rhythm, but want to understand your person and potential strategies better. Our Rooted in Regulation online course was designed for parents, partners, and educators to understand the science behind the body and brain connection and how this relates to learners that are often labeled as “sensitive,” “reactive,” “behavioral,” or “neurodivergent” (i.e. ADD, ADHD, AUTISM, etc…). With that knowledge we dive deeper into looking at how we can support the individual given that information at whole-human level, not compartmentalized. You will leave with a much deeper understanding of the brain, how it impacts the body, and how that shows up for human in your life. We also find that every participant walks away with a much deeper of understanding of self as well.
