Tara Reiners, Founder
Tara is a dedicated educator, artist, and mother of three uniquely wonderful children who have deepened her understanding of human development, neurodivergence, and creativity. With 20 years of experience in education and multiple degrees, she has spent the last eight years specializing in neurodivergent populations and behavior modification.
Beyond the classroom, Tara is an artist who uses photography as a medium for embodiment and self-connection. She is also certified in a range of holistic modalities, including Nutrition Coaching, Mindset Coaching, EFT, Neural Energetic Encoding, Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Breathwork. Currently, she is expanding her expertise by pursuing certification in Sound Therapy.
Tara’s work is driven by a deep passion for fostering growth, self-awareness, and well-being in others, blending science, creativity, and holistic practices to create transformative experiences.

We have AMAZING staff!
Our paraprofessional staff is dedicated to Neurotivate’s foundation and philosophy. Each of our staff is the parent of a child with a special ability, related to a child with a special ability or has had significant experience demonstrating their expertise in outside-the-box thinkers. They go above and beyond to increase their education and awareness for our learners. Additionally, every adult is fingerprint verified by the state of Arizona.
