Our Programs
Awaken (AM)
Our Awaken Program runs Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM–11:30 AM, offering a balanced morning experience that supports both academic growth and whole-child development.
Learners engage in core academics—math, reading, and writing—paired with direct instruction in regulation and social skills. Each day also includes dedicated time for swimming or outdoor play, supporting nervous system regulation and embodied learning.

Align
(Full-Day)
Our Align Program runs Monday–Thursday from 8:30 AM–2:15 PM and Friday from 8:30–11:30 AM, offering a complete, whole-child learning experience.
This program blends our Awaken (academics + regulation) and Illuminate (creative electives) programs to provide both foundational learning and exploratory growth throughout the day.
Learners engage in core academics, social-emotional development, creative exploration, and collaborative experiences—with field trips on Thursdays to extend learning beyond the classroom.

Illuminate
(PM)
Our Illuminate Program offers flexible afternoon electives Monday-Wednesday. Designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Families can enroll in one offering or combine both for a full experience.

A rotating exploration of science, history, art, and culture.
✨ Entrepreneurs Lab
A collaborative space to build real-world skills in creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
Full Afternoon Schedule:

Our Innovate Curriculum Includes…

A 2 Hour Core Academic Curriculum provides robust, tailored curriculum that meets students at their learning level through AI driven programming AND supportive small group instruction. Our learners maintain a very low student to adult ratio to create an individualized learning experience.

Who is Neurotivate for? Neurotivate is for any learner - neurotypical or neurodivergent included- no labels needed, all labels affirmed including but not limited to: Autism, ADHD/ADD, PDA, SPD, reactive, PTSD, ODD, sensitive, emotional, and/or busy.
What days and times are programs offered? We currently offer our Align (full-time) program from 8:30-2:15 M-TR and 8:30-11:15 on Fridays. We also offer Awaken (AM) Program 4 days a week and Illuminate (PM) program 3 days a week for 3 hours a day. We follow the QCUSD Calendar for breaks. What grade levels do you currently serve? We currently offer placement to grades K-6.
What if my student attends another school, but I’d like them to learn about regulation, emotional awareness, and improve their social skills? We offer groups for our SEB in Queen Creek and Gilbert. Please visit our small group instruction page for more information or contact us directly.
Where are you located? We a home-based microschool near Schnepf Farms and the Olive Mill in Queen Creek.
